What happens when people reply?

You can set a capacity and close RSVPs when you need to. Other guests cannot access your host dashboard or see everybody else's replies.

Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests open your event link or scan its QR code in their phone's camera. They can then RSVP on the event page without creating an account.
Can I use the same QR code on printed invites and online?
Yes. Your QR code points to the same guest page as your shareable link, so you can put it on printed invitations or share the URL digitally.
Can I collect plus-ones and food requirements?
Yes. Hosts can enable plus-ones, ask about dietary requirements and include a custom question when setting up the event.
Do I have to pay before designing the invitation?
No. You can build and preview the invitation first. Publishing a live event is a one-off £4.99 purchase; there is no recurring subscription.
